June is an invitation to slow down.


Not the kind of slowing down that feels like falling behind — the kind that feels like finally catching your breath.


The Presence in Practice bundle gives you three Monday nights in June, each one a different way to come back to yourself through this month's theme: Mindfulness & Presence.


June 1 — Journaling Circle · write Step away from the noise, pick up a pen, and listen inward. A writing prompt will be offered for inspiration — take it or leave it. No sharing required. Just you and the page.


June 8 — Yoga · move A gentle, slow-flow practice to bring you back into your body. We'll move with intention, breathe deeply, and close the day with ease. No experience needed.


June 15 — Joyflow® · feel A low-impact, music-driven movement experience blending gentle movement, somatic release, and non-choreographed dance. No choreography to follow —…
